Landlords register their properties on the new Private Rented Sector Database — agents need to know the number is there before a property is let. Habitix records each property's landlord registration number and, once the database is live in your region, can block a property being marked Available or Let without one.
Regional roll-out is due to begin from 15/12/2026, subject to the regulations being approved.
